Melbourne Writers’ Festival

The Melbourne Writers Festival ‘Magazine’ gig last Saturday was fantastic, even in the face of a monsoon, and thank you to our wonderful speakers: Dan Stacey (Bad Idea), Alyssa McDonald (The New Statesman), Shannon Holopainen (Ampersand contributor and founder of Gives Collective), Monica Dux (co-author The Great Feminist Denial), Miles O’Neil (The Suitcase Royale) and Gavin Pretor-Pinney (The Idler and The Cloud Appreciation Society).

Capture The Fade closed!

Capture The Fade is now closed.

We have been absolutely overwhelmed with the beauty and diversity of photographs that were submitted to the competition, and amazed by the sheer volume of entries – 737 photographs from around the world.

A very heartfelt congratulations and thank you to all photographers who took the time to fill out a rather fiddly release form and send us your stunning responses to The Fade. We couldn’t be more impressed.

So we leave it in the hands of the very capable Bill Henson, and in the meantime please keep enjoying the collection.
